The small town near Erode produces some of the most prized ghee (Nei) in the country — golden, aromatic, made from pure cow’s milk. These biscuits are made specifically with Uthukuli Ghee as their defining ingredient. The result is a short, crumbly biscuit with a rich dairy aroma and a clean, buttery finish that no ordinary biscuit can replicate. Just four ingredients — flour, sugar, ghee, and salt — but the quality of the ghee changes everything. Made fresh in small batches. A special treat worth every rupee.
